The collection includes photocopied correspondence, addresses, papers, articles, monographs, manuscripts, dissertations, books, book segments, and miscellaneous materials that detail the research for the book, Making Headway: the Introduction of Western Civilization in Colonial Northern Nigeria (University of Rochester Press, 2009). Photocopied research materials from the Calvin Archives collection were discarded.
